Dallas Construction Recruiters was founded in 2011 on the 14th floor of a McKinney Avenue office overlooking the cranes above Uptown. Our founders spent a decade inside Texas general contracting firms — estimating bids in Las Colinas, running field operations in Legacy West, and watching project after project stall on a single missing piece: the right people.
We built this firm to close that gap for DFW employers. From downtown Dallas high-rises to the residential boom across Frisco and Plano, from Tarrant County infrastructure to the specialty trades keeping Arlington and Irving moving — we exist to put the right Texas talent on the right Texas jobsites, fast.
